Refund Policy

At AK Covenant LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality consulting and strategic services. Due to the personalized and time-intensive nature of our work, all payments are final and non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following limited cases:

• A billing error was made on our end

• A written agreement includes a refund clause

Any refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the payment date. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

No Guarantees

While we are committed to providing excellent service and support, we do not guarantee specific business results, performance outcomes, or financial returns. Therefore, dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for a refund.
